Explanation of Fees
Conference fee for participants (items no. 1 to 6) includes: welcome reception cocktail (3rd September afternoon), lunch for 3 days (4, 5. and 6. September in Hotel M), coffees, opening ceremony, bag, book of extended abstracts, USB memory with full papers and extended abstracts, guided Belgrade sightseeing tour and gala dinner. High/Low income countries classification is according to IWA (the updated list is here). Please note that paper/poster presenters have to pay the conference fee till 1.07.2012. in order to have submission included in the Conference program.
Conference fee for one day participation (items no. 7) includes: one lunch and coffee breaks (for 4th, 5th or 6th September in Hotel M), bag, book of extended abstracts, USB memory with full papers and extended abstracts.
Fee for accompanying persons (item no. 8) includes: welcome reception cocktail (3rd September afternoon), lunch for 3 days, coffees, opening ceremony, guided Belgrade sightseeing tour, gala dinner, social and tourist program (morning coffee at the Ada Ciganlija link, visit to the Residence of Princess Ljubica, etc. - details will be given later).
Fee for preconference workshops or seminar (item no. 9) includes working materials, coffee and lunch (on 3rd September). For details, see the preconference workshops WEB site. Please specify in your invoice request the name of the event (ToRC, uPW or DHI).
Fee for non participants include guided Belgrade sightseeing tour (item no. 10, 6th September afternoon) with the tourist busses and gala dinner (item no. 11, 6th September evening).
Fee for visit to ancient Roman city of Viminacium (item no. 12, 7th September, Friday) is not included in regular participant's fee. It covers the buss transfer from Hotel M to Viminacium (departure time 8:00 AM, arrival time 9:45 AM), welcome drink with cocktail, invited lecture on ancient Sustainable drainage systems, guided sightseeing, exclusive Roman-style lunch and buss transfer back to the Hotel M (expected departure from Viminacium at 4:00 PM - for those who are in hurry, it might be possible to organize an earlier return of one buss - please ask for details).
Payment Instructions
Conference fees could be paid:
Please note that bank service fees are per transaction (per one paid Pro-forma) and depend only on used banks (it is about 10€ to 15€ per each bank involved in the transaction, in most cases about 40€ in total per one Invoice). To keep those charges low, if you have more then one participant from the same Organization, you can add all of them on the same Pro-forma invoice (like in given example).
For your convenience the official National Bank of Serbia bank payment instructions are given here (although you will get them with each Pro-forma invoice).
In a case of participant's absence from the conference no refunding of paid fees will be done.
Serbian Visa
Participants from some countries will be requested a ‘tourist’ visa to enter the country. Please check the details at the
